Hello, I'm Cho Han-bong, chairman of the Lotte Welfare Foundation.

In alignment with the vision of the late Honorary Chairman Shin Kyuk-Ho, who championed the value of sharing for marginalized neighbors, the Lotte Welfare Foundation was established.
Since then, we have been actively engaged in diverse social contribution projects across two major areas: “Sharing Happiness with Marginalized Neighbors” and “Glocal Sharing.”


In the “Sharing Happiness with Marginalized Neighbors” sector, we are dedicated to various welfare programs aimed at supporting underprivileged groups in our society,
such as children and adolescents with disabilities and elderly individuals in need.
Notably, we provide assistive devices to promote active social participation among children and adolescents with disabilities.
Additionally, we are continuously building next-generation welfare services, including the introduction of AI-based care call services for elderly individuals in vulnerable situations.


The Lotte Welfare Foundation is committed to strengthening
trust-based relationships with beneficiaries through
open communication and endeavors to convey the true value of sharing.

By carrying forward the spirit of the late Honorary Chairman,
who personally understood the challenges faced by migrant workers,
the Foundation remains steadfast in its mission to deliver targeted and timely support.
We will continue to strive for meaningful sharing and move forward with purpose.
